Introduction to stir-fried wheat system


 

1. Factory space requirements: 16 meters * 9.5 meters * 9 meters

2. Equipment power requirement: 45HP

3. Production capacity introduction: 800~1000KG/hour

4. Staffing: 1~2 people

5. Maintenance:

The inner furnace body of the stir-fried wheat is inspected once every three years, and the burner is inspected once every six months.

The bucket elevator is inspected once a month and the grinder blade is replaced once every three years.

Bearings are regularly oiled and maintained, and fine sand is required for each batch of 50KG/time.

6. Thermal energy selection: diesel 24L/H - natural gas 18L/H - heavy oil 33L/H
